Walking Tours
Cavern walking tours are a great way to explore the caverns and experience and can be reserved for individuals, groups, field trips and more.
Step into history with our WALKING TOUR, where the remarkable story of Grand Caverns unfolds before your eyes. This leisurely 70-minute stroll covers approximately one mile of the cave’s awe-inspiring passages. Suitable for the entire family, ages 3 and up, our knowledgeable Park Rangers will lead you through one of the most geologically and historically significant caves in North America. Prepare to be captivated by the wonders of Grand Caverns, discovered in 1804, the oldest continuously operating show cave in the United States.
About Our Tours:
- Tours are not ADA accessible
- No children under 3 years old are allowed on a tour
- There are no restrooms on the tours
- No food or beverages are allowed
- No pets allowed inside the cave
- No strollers, wagons, or walker devices with or without wheels are allowed on the tour
The path for the walking tour is a gravel pathway with stairs and some benches periodically.
