A truly immersive Dungeons and Dragons experience is coming. On November 21st & 22nd, 2026, Grand Caverns debuts the latest underground adventure; Subterranean Sorcery.

Grand Caverns presents Subterranean Sorcery, an opportunity to immerse your play in a truly unique environment.
Gather your fellow adventurers and decide which table will hold your next session. Will it be a continuation of your current campaign? Or will it be a unique one-shot session related to the subterranean world?
Smaller party? Reserve a 7-person table.
Larger party? Reserve an 11-person table.
Epic Party? Book multiple tables in the same hall (recommended for clubs).
(With a little extra, you could grab a table in an exclusive space… all alone).
On November 21st and 22nd, tables will be prepared throughout the entire cave to host your next D&D adventure.
Each day, we will offer 3 play sessions with staggered start times, allowing for 4-hours of play each.
Pro tip: book the same tables in sessions 1 & 3 for an epic 8 hours of combined play time.
Each session takes place in a zone within the cave. Both zones offer 7-person tables and only a few 11-person tables. Each zone also offers a select few exclusive rooms where you can enjoy your adventure surrounded by nothing but speleothems and real cavern ambiance.
Tables will become available for advanced reservation starting on August 13th at 9:00am. There will be no individual seats/ tickets available for purchase. Full payment required at the time of reservation.
Grand Caverns is not responsible for providing any campaign design or for providing a Dungeon Master. This is an opportunity for your party to organize and play the session. This is also an opportunity to form a new group with your fellow adventurers and finally start that D&D campaign you have been talking about for ages.
Here are the details:

Arrive early (hopefully dressed as your character)!
Your table could literally be in the back of our cave! We want you to enjoy the sights AND play every second of your 4-hour play slot, so trust us, get here early. Our certified Park Rangers must check you in, brief you on the rules (don’t hurt our cave), and guide you into the cave ALL before play begins. (Look at it this way, you get to your table early and that’s extra play!)
Restrooms, libations, and food await you during the intermission. And yes, it’s mandatory.
2 hours into play, you’ll be required to follow our certified Park Rangers back out of the cave for a designated break. This is your opportunity to indulge in the simple things in life, food, drinks, and bathroom time. Don’t worry! This doesn’t count towards your play-time!! Our Rangers will then return you to your table at the necessary time for your play to resume for the final 2 hours (unless you booked session 1 & 3 together!!!)
FAQ/Tips
Temperature: It is 55℉… dress warm (and in character).
Accessibility: Grand Caverns is not ADA Accessible. There is a steep hill that must be traversed, several staircases in each section, low hanging ceilings, and loose gravel along the path. If you have mobility issues or require mobility assistance (cane, walker, wheelchair), call us in advance for our advice. Session 2 does offer tables only a short distance into Grand Caverns and may offer an appropriate solution.
Meals/ Snacks: No food allowed in the cave. Seriously. We’ll kick you out. Food/snacks are available outside the cave during your intermission, so fuel up then.
Drinks: Beverages are available for purchase and can only be taken into the cave in our cave approved tumblers… guess what comes for free with your SubSorcery purchase????
Merch: Well yeah, we got merch. Custom merch! Specially designed and agonized over merch. Die Hard Dice sets with OUR logo on it… yeah, you can totally buy and use this souvenir!
